1. Lavender essential oil

Still, it also has antiseptic properties; it is very effective against oily hair if you try to friction the skin with vegetable oil with the addition of a few drops of lavender essence. For example, for 50 ml of coconut oil, add 15 drops of lavender.

Massage the skin gently with your fingertips for at least 5 minutes to promote the absorption of the active ingredients and reactivate the circulation. After the massage, leave on for 20 minutes and then proceed with normal washing. Repeat the treatment twice a week.

2. Sodium bicarbonate

Baking soda is a good sebum regulator that also eliminates the sense of itching and discomfort. It is very effective in the case of dandruff and dermatitis. You can dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in 10 ml of shampoo, add two drops of bergamot essential oil, which has a degreasing power. Mix the mixture and apply it to the skin and the entire length of the hair. Leave on for at least half an hour and then proceed with normal washing, using a mild neutral shampoo.

7. Natural yogurt

Yogurt is a natural substance very rich in fatty acids that has a nourishing and purifying action on the skin and hair. Using yogurt will allow you to reduce the problem of oily and oily hair. Pour 60 ml of whole natural yogurt into a glass bowl.

Add 8 drops of lavender essence and 7 drops of lemon essential oil. Mix everything and apply to the hair as if it were a mask. Leave on for 20 minutes and then wash off with a mild shampoo. Repeat the treatment once a week.
