How to prepare 10 face and body scrubs in a few minutes

The scrub is an effective and inexpensive treatment to exfoliate the epidermis in a few minutes and have soft and smooth skin. The ingredients we have in the Pantry and a few minutes are enough to make a scrub suitable for every need.

When to use the scrub

Scrubs and scrubs have the purpose of removing dead cells from the surface of the epidermis: in this way, cell renewal is promoted, that is, the production of new cells.

The visible result is that the skin immediately appears much softer, the complexion is more uniform, the complexion is brighter. If you have oily and impure skin, prepare this scrub by mixing one tablespoon of lemon juice with two tablespoons of brown sugar. Add a drop of tea tree or lavender essential oil before massaging on the skin affected by impurities. Rinse with water.

3. Slimming coffee scrub

Add a spoonful of fine salt and olive oil to the coffee grounds of a coffee pot to mix everything. Massage into critical areas: hips, thighs, buttocks, and belly. Rinse with soap and water.

4. A gentle face and body scrub

If you have tanned skin, better use a delicate and not too exfoliating scrub to have soft and smooth skin without losing the complexion gained on the beach. Add three tablespoons of coconut flour and six tablespoons of coconut milk to each other. Massage into the skin of the face and body, then rinse with water.

5. Cocoa and coconut scrub

For a scrub with a heavenly scent, mix a teaspoon of bitter cocoa powder with two tablespoons of coconut flour and finally add three tablespoons of sunflower oil. Massage into face and body skin before showering.

6. Citrus anti-cellulite scrub

Grate an untreated lemon and orange peel and add them to five tablespoons of coarse salt and two tablespoons of fine salt. Add half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, mix, pour into a jar with a wide mouth and cover with sweet almond oil. Next, use the body scrub, massaging on wet skin with circular movements from the bottom up. Rinse with soap and water.

7. Exfoliating shower gel

To prepare a simple washing and exfoliating gel suitable for all skins combined with 100 grams of Aloe Vera gel, four tablespoons of neutral and eco-bio shower gel, and add a spoonful of chopped almonds. Use in the shower as an alternative to your usual body cleanser.

8. Scrub for dry and mature skin

Three ingredients are enough to exfoliate dry and mature skin by hydrating it: a tablespoon of oatmeal, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything in a bowl, then massage into the face and rinse with water and mild soap.

9. Antibacterial pre hair removal scrub

If you suffer from folliculitis caused by hair growing under the skin, mix five tablespoons of coarse salt, two fine salt, and seven tablespoons of rice oil. Add fifteen drops of tea tree essential oil and ten drops of lemon essential oil.

Massage the scrub on the groin and on the body parts where you notice hair under the skin, then rinse. You can scrub a few days before the appointment with the beautician and repeat the treatment immediately before waxing.

10. Hand scrub

A scrub useful for softening the skin of the hands and preventing the appearance of dark spots is obtained by mixing two tablespoons of olive oil with a tablespoon of oatmeal. Next, add five drops of lemon essential oil before massaging the scrub on wet hands. Finally, rinse with water and mild soap.
